In light of the current outbreak of a novel coronavirus (COVID-19), it is important to stay protected from the virus and ensure that the surroundings are clean and disinfected regularly, EKEMP recommends the following solutions to clean and disinfect our mobile handheld biometric terminals:
1. When we're ready to ship, our staff shall wear mask to avoid the package and surrounding working environment from being polluted by droplets splashed out of the mouth or nose when coughing or sneezing, avoid possible cross infection;
Our staff will first sterilize their hands with 75% medical alcohol, wear gloves to operate, avoid direct contact with the package, which plays a role of two-way protection; then we will sterilize the mobile handheld biometric terminals with alcohol paper towels, and then pack.
2. Although the product will not carry virus, we still need to improve our awareness of prevention. After receiving express delivery, you can spray disinfectant on the outer package of the package for surface disinfection, and use alcohol paper towels to wipe our biometric terminals, so as not to damage the performance of them.
Do not apply alcohol hand sanitizer directly on the surface of the mobile handheld biometric terminals, because this may invalidate the warranty. Before using our products, make sure your hands are completely dry before touching the surface of the equipment. In the meantime, we should not touch our masks and eyes with our hands.
3. After receiving and delivering express, wash your hands with hand sanitizer or soap under running water in time. You can also apply quick-drying hand disinfectant or 75% medical alcohol to disinfect your hands when there is no visible pollution on your hands.
